Favorite Characteristic of the Group

Luke's
My favorite aspect of this site is all the wild out cropping of bed rock. It creates some really interesting formations and cliffs.  This makes it difficult to get around the site, but also fun to explore.

Tristan's
My favorite characteristic of our site is actually just outside our site boundaries. Just to the northeast a different natural community type can be found. Dominated by red cedar (Juniperus virginianus) and large, exposed bedrock outcroppings, this unique area reminds me of a mountainous ecosystem. This is my favorite characteristic because it presents a very stark contrast to our site's northern hardwood makeup.

Zack's
My favorite aspect of the site is also the crazy ledges of bedrock, especially the ones in the eastern and northeastern corners of the plot. You practically have to rock climb your way through the terrain but it really makes for some breathtaking and amazing nature images.
